Scam

Money grab! There are a few 100% free apps that do the same thing this app does

Fake ratings

The ratings on this app are garbage. I will look up something from a small company with maybe 4 ingredients and they give them a minimal rating. While they rate things from giant corporations with trash ingredients well. It will even have a laundry list of harmful ingredients listed but show a rating in the green. Must be a pay for rating type of app.

US-centric money grab

Tap water data is not available for display in the app outside of the US despite most municipalities posting this data openly online. I don’t know why it’s marketed outside US.

Health

Great for knowing how efficient and healthy a product/food is good for the body

Limited information and unresponsive customer support

I pushed the button to get a free trial and was charged for one year that same day. I was looking for the amount of microplastic in common delivery water services which they promote on social media they test for but it s not available via app. Overall the database of available analyzed products is very limited. I reached out to customer support - it s been over a week and I havent heard back. I dont recommend this app.

Scam

Paid

Don’t buy if you can pay monthly subs

Can’t even use with out a sub

Misleading

Lots of social media ads for promoting “free lab test results” but in actuality the first 3 days are free then requires an annual subscription. Could be more clear about pricing up front.

So annoying to use

Have to go to “for you” page to find categories. Can’t search on this page. Which means if you’re looking for something specific like magnesium you’ve gotta click into supplements and then figure out what sub category it belongs to. Then don’t even talk to me about the search. If you know the product or brand and click into a product if you back out it clears your search and you have to start from scratch

Straight up money grab

I love the fact that I logged into your app after having it for a couple months and noticing your water filters are all blocked for the eyes can see except for two I guess it’s time to uninstall delete I remember the days apps used to be free and now it’s just greed

Free trial charged me for a full year

Signed up for the advertised three-day free trial of Oasis Pro on July 24. Cancelled the same day, hours after signing up. Was still billed $61.95 for a full annual subscription.

My subscription page now shows “You’ve cancelled your subscription” and a paid term running to July 2027 at the same time. So the annual charge went through before the trial was ever honoured.

The payment declined because my account was empty, which then locked me out of App Store downloads until I paid for a product I cancelled on day one and never opened. Currently waiting on a refund decision from Apple.
Check exactly what you’re agreeing to before you tap confirm on the trial. One star until this is made right.

Scam

I want a refund. I tried this app a couple of times, and nothing that I ever scanned had any information on it. Since it was so useless, I forgot about it, and got charged almost $50 for a subscription I never used.

Scam app

This app sucks don’t waste your time. Look up who owns the company & you’ll realize it’s a scam

money hungry

i had the app when it was FREE, now it costs money to even look at the score. thats whats the problem with apps these days, always fein-ing for more ways to scam people. honestly its sad to see an app i once thought to be the best looksmaxxing app, turn out just like the rest once it caught more people. why don’t you just put ads on the app to make it accessible for everybody? because you’re lazy. not like my opinion matters though, and because of that, and how money hungry this app has become.. i don’t recommend it. + the product scan hardly works, and usually doesn’t at all. thanks

Misleading testing

Please do your research, go on Reddit and listen to other founders of products and their independent testing. I no longer trust Oasis alternatives like Scout or Yuka app are better. I canceled my subscription which was already costly $50 a month.
