Impressive...
The Ai interface is advancing almost daily! I am extremely impressed at how customized and emergent the health data is within their platform . This is the tech I expected to see 5 years from now! It's extremely affordable for most people. Gives you extensive metrics from your bloodwork that is reviewed by a clinician and interpreted by Ai. The LLM within the app is accessible 24/7. The ability to upload your previous labs and health data makes the recommendations insightful and personalized. I rarely am impressed by tools related to my health- rings, watches, etc ... BUT this is next level! If they continue to do this product THIS well, I will have a level of confidence in my overall healthcare that I was fearful western medicine would never provide. Highly recommend!

Poor Customer Service
Used it for one year. Then I was auto charged for year two. I canceled and ask for a refund as soon as I saw the charge. However since it was three weeks after the charge they only refunded 67%. I explained that I never received the renewal notice and to please reconsider. They refused to give back any more money citing the costs to operate their website. They kept a third of my money for three weeks into the year. Will not be signing up again.

Stoked on health app
Function health has provided me with all of the necessary blood testing in order to help check my labs, and then it dues an amazing job of providing you with the results, and what are within range and out of range.
Crashing
Updated app, and now it just crashes to a black screen despite closing and opening 3 times

Life-Changing
This Function Health App is incredible! I do my labs, then I get a wealth of information AND the protocols for how to get and stay healthier! Meal Plans, Supplements and Foods to enjoy/avoid, exercise plans, whole body plans. And the ability to chat with an AI doctor. I am so pleased with my experience and I may gift this to my adult children! <3
