Worthless. Do NOT buy

Paid $100 on Amazon for this item both sensors in the box do not work. They do not pair with the app at all. cannot return cannot replace. Customer service nonexistent do not buy.

Latest Upgrade Sucks!

One of the reasons I’ve stayed with this sensor vs their competition because of the app. That ended with this latest update. I doubt strongly that they reached out for customer input. I’m a product manager and the cardinal rule is “listen to your users.” For an app that supports a product used by a significant # of users over 50, WHY would u use a light face font, reduce the size & put it on a black background where the user has no control over those settings! Terrible! I’ll be going back to their competitor!

Glucose levels are way to high than normal

I’m using stelo for 2 months ago and the reading are very inaccurate the reading from blood sensor for example 95 stelo said 130 or if I eat a meal it took a reading to 193 and blood test 120.

Bugs!

App track glucose well. Have been using for a few months. Latest update is pretty unless the app decides to freeze up or drop out when saving meals causing the need to repeat the manual input of food items.

Insights are horrible

I dislike the new interface which puts obvious and repetitive “AI” “Insights” front and center burying the graph of collected data.

And the revised graph is horrible to use. No longer remembers scaling settings. And no longer has a daily, weekly, monthly, view selection.

Finally, the interface colors are distracting and visually unappealing. Please give me plain, accurate, and adjustable data graphs
