Endless error messages
This really is the worst app, never works properly. Always coming up with some sort of error message. I cannot add anything to my basket as it comes up with an error message.
No wish list
Why am I getting save 50% off your wish list notifications when you removed this option? There is no wish list so how can I save 50%. Proper gaslighting
App update
New look to the app but disappointed that there doesn’t seem to be a ‘saved’ to save the things you like And come back to them easily.
Difficult to pay
I had to re try Apple Pay numerous times before it would accept .
Not working
This app does not work on my iPhone 12. I’ve deleted it and re-installed it many times but it never works. A shame. I use the website instead.

Dishonest trading
The app tricks you into thinking there’s an extra 20% off with a coupon code. But when you finally get through check out it keeps saying that the coupon code cannot be added. This is really frustrating as I spent ages trying to make an order and then realising that I can’t have the discount.

First time using the oasis app mainly due to the additional 10% discount code offered to get on my purchase which did inspire me to download this app and I’m very impressed obviously by the extra discount but also the ease and just pleasurable usage of this app

It was really easy to arrange a label for return of the size I didn’t want.

Better for view
The pictures are easier to see on the app. Took me a few mins to find out how to delete item out of wish list and shopping bag. Easy now I know.

Doesn’t work
Spent ages putting an order together then it errored when I got to payment. I’ve never had a problem with the website.

Checked out over half a dozen times and evert time payment was being processed it would fail due to items in my bag no longer being available and further items then becoming unavailable due to multiple attempts to check out - not impressed at all
