Rocks have more reliability.
Like other reviewers say, Oaxis is horrible for their customer service, apps are horrible and products are terrible. You’d be better off buying cheaper crap off Ali Express or Amazon. Reliability is very questionable. I have a Watch and a couple Omnibands, which don’t even work!
I thought they were a cool maker- thought wrong. Save yourself the trouble and money and buy local...IF for whatever reason they decide to rectify this problem I’ll update my reviews but I plan on posting on ALL Oaxis media.

Unstable app
The app crashes every time I try to click on the message. Please fix it fast!
Both app and WatchPhone are not of reliable performance
App is not stable. Crashes.
WatchPhone is also not stable. Bought two and had to exchange both phones within two months due to the same problem - the phone restarts itself perpetually till it runs out of battery. The only saving grace is that it honors an exchange... however the warranty is only for one year of the purchase, and not on each new set that was given in exchange.

Unreliable
Bought 2 of this watch for my son and daughter. Since Dec 2017. Till date i have to exchange twice on same issues which always recurring.
Seems not reliable for long term.
Best part is after my latest exchange, they told me that after my 1 year warranty is up for both watch i cannot exchange it anymore?
Which also tells me that after warranty i can’t exchange anymore due to poor quality.
So technically this watch can be use for 1 year.

Unable to connect to Gps
I cannot connect to Gps at all. Totally fail. Support did not get back to me. I’m using a post paid SIM card. Unable to set alert, the moment I go to the option the whole app shut down.
