I had to get a new phone and NONE of my information on my clients from the last 6 years including my current clients transferred to my new phone or my iPad which I had at the same time as using my old phone. The information did not download to Dropbox either. Why did the information not transfer? When I tried emailing the creator it is a bum email. Though I really like the app and it’s set up I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting this app because you may lose all of your information if you have to update your user device.

Still needs to fix non practical details like it asking me ALL THE TIME, to restore purchases
Locked out
I was using the app and really liked it - I used the in app setting to put a PIN number on it. When I open the app the screen for the pin comes up for half a second and flashes away. I can see that there is an option to also open with my thumb print but my iPhone uses face recognition. I’ve deleted the app, I’m not going to pay for something I can no longer use.
