Literally doesn’t work
When you try to order, it just pops up with a blank screen making it impossible to order through the app. I am 4 points away from a $5 reward and i cant order. Very frustrating!!!
Never works
I manage to get in the app, it works up until I need to select a pick up time. Once I want to start the order then it doesn’t load just takes me to a blank page.
Online order never works properly
The app never works, should use Apple Pay but doesn’t, doesn’t save credit cards, etc.
Pointless
The app is a great idea but it only works for Hoboken and New Brunswick locations. What about your OG stores and patrons? Do better.
Never works
I like to support the local businesses by using their own apps BUT this app has not worked since they launched it. The rewards are unusable and I have never once been able to successfully check out. I pay no fees on grubhub so I’ll continue using that.
Liars
Did not give me $10 off first order as advertised, go through grub hub if you already have it it’s faster and you can order coffee from it and other things not available on their own app!
So many glitches and bugs
Was so excited for the app when it was made and after two orders I have been unable to order anything off the app. First it wouldn’t even let me enter a credit card number for three weeks. After I redownloaded it pops up with an error message every time I try to check out. Deleting the app off the phone not worth my time.
