Super helpful for OBC Jobs
Simple app to be assigned and have correct info for OBC jobs. Great communication once assigned to the job and nice to have everything in one place.
Needs Improvement & Feedback from Users
Some observations:
1) The app doesn’t allow the user to choose the type of sound to alert them of pending messages. The default alert sound doesn’t get this user’s attention.
2) This user has difficult with the app’s GPS function accurately tracking location.
3) As of this date, this user’s app lists the conversations in chat in the opposite order of those other commonly used message apps.
4) User is left in limbo as pending jobs remain listed for hours in the app before they are cancelled.
5) The use of this app is not intuitive.
