Great products, poor tech
While pricey, Oberweis has the best dairy products available. Their tech remains stuck in the 90’s with poor browser and app functionality. Several times I have tried to add items to my weekly delivery with browser or app errors that force a restart. Products are hard to find and shop for on mobile.

The worst
This is possibly the worst App in the history of Apps. Couldnt even get to the order page. Mad that I cant recover the time I lost placing any faith in this. I expected much better from Oberweiss.

Doesn’t work
I don’t know what’s wrong with this app, but I’m getting rid of it. It’s always to glitchy, and won’t let me sign in to my account.
App works so rarely I’m discontinuing service
The app is pretty much useless. Rarely works, and when it does it’s so slow! Currently trying to update my order for the week, and the app won’t even load, nor will the website. I’ve been getting delivery for years, but this app and lack of functionality will be why I discontinue the service.
No issues and works perfectly
I love this Oberweis App! I can easily Go in and adjust my weekly order- or pause deliveries if I need to.
If there are ever any questions or comments- I am always able to get ahold of an agent and they get back to me fast- with a resolved issue.
I highly recommend this company, products, and delivery service!

App runs and doesn’t open. Or opens slowly
I restarted the app and it still runs so slowly or doesn’t open. I just get a blank screen.

The app is extremely slow, glitchy and needs work. But I have the app since we order from them.

Such a slow horrible app for such a big company, it takes forever to launch. They probably just threw a crappy app out there just to say they had one.

Despite the bad reviews, I downloaded this app because the website is slow and/or doesn’t always load properly. Welp, this app is no better, it is nothing more than the website converted to a mobile app. Probably just to be able to say they have an app. I’m changing my order to add much more than normal. I had added 14 new items and the app freezes. I tried to wait it out with no luck. I had to force close and add all over again. Both the website and this app need major help!

Way too difficult
Why so many funnels just to log into Happylicious Rewards? Is this to keeps paying customer from earning rewards? #DoBetter
Terrible app!
Absolutely ZERO usability. You can’t order online. Open a PDF and you have to close the app and reopen it to use it again. Half the flavors that are available at the local stores don’t show up on the in-app “menu”. The app functions like it was created 10 years ago and hasn’t been touched since. Annoying.

Most frustrating app ever and believe me I have them all. And of course, no help on Saturday. I gave up. Have it on my desktop but I’ll be dammed if I can get it up on my phone. Was hoping to have something to scan at the window. Maybe they can take my phone number. I’ve screwed with this enough. DONE
