Great for Quick Review

Great resource for reviewing obesity medicine concepts. The content is organized in a way that makes it easy to work through topics and come back for quick review. I also like the quiz format and the ability to make notes and use mnemonics. Definitely a helpful addition to my study routine.

Makes board studying so simple!

As a physician I have taken so many board exams and I’ve always been so disappointed by how inefficient most of the programs are. This one is different - just gives you the information you need to know with none of the fluff. Highlighting feature and saving your own notes and mnemonics definitely a plus - highly recommend!

I know it is tempting to purchase an app to study for the obesity medicine boards, however this one in its current form is clunky and the answer choices leave a lot to be desired. It hinders studying more than helps and many of the answers (choose as many choices that apply) are confusing and often focus on minutiae that isn’t high yield. You would be much better off using that time studying with other sources. It is also a high cost for an app that is minimally useful at best. If I had the option to try the app for a day before purchasing I would not have purchased it. I wish I could get a refund.

Do Not Buy

Terrible app, too many “choose all of the right answers” which is not reflective of the actual test format. I’d like a refund but I know they would never give it to me.

Expensive

$60 for access to this is extremely steep when the only free trial is an extremely easy 5 question quiz. Would recommend at least a day trial of the full app to get a real idea of what it can offer, or a monthly subscription of $5/month. Most people studying for obesity boards only study for 1-3 months before the test, so very few people will want to purchase a full year access. Would have signed up if there was a monthly option. Signing up for a year is a waste of money.
