Garbage app
What is the point of downloading the app if you can’t do anything on it? I can’t send a message to a doctor to find out results. This is ridiculous. It’s 2024! Zero stars if it was possible.
Does not allow messaging
On this particular app, a blank page with only the words, “SELECT RECIPIENT” appears on the page. There is no doctor to select. App is useless, right now. Hopefully, it is being corrected.
Love the practice, NOT this app!
I called for results and was told them but also told I should dowload this app where I would see everything. NOTHING!!! I will be calling to be mailed my results and ask if I’m doing something wrong on this app!!! Based on other reviews I’m not having a good feeling. But I do reiterate that I love the support staff and doctors here!

I am only able to check in. Cannot review my balance, results, or even message
The worse
I can do nothing in this. I can’t send a message, I can’t make an appointment, I can’t access my records, I can’t update anything.
Useless
Needs a lot of work. The only thing I am able to do is check into future appointments. The message function does not work and I can not see the results of exams. 0 stars if I could.
