About

3D models straight from your iPhone – no cloud, no subscription. Photograph, compute, export. For any object you can hold. ObjectForge turns your iPhone into a capable 3D scanner. Figurines, tools, jewel- lery, design models, prototypes – anything you can hold in your hand can become a print-ready or CAD-ready 3D model. All on-device, no cloud, no subscription. HOW IT WORKS Using Apple's Object Capture technology, you photograph an object from multiple angles. PartScan then computes a high-resolution, textured 3D model directly on your iPhone. No server. No waiting. REFINE YOUR MODEL The built-in editor lets you smooth surfaces, close gaps in the mesh and correct the texture exposure – all non-destructively. Edits are always saved as a new copy; the original scan is never overwritten. EXPORT READY FOR CAD Export finished models in three formats: • STL – straight into your 3D printer or slicer • STEP (AP214) – for CAD applications such as Fusion 360 or FreeCAD • USDZ – for AR preview and sharing with other Apple devices The export unit (mm, cm, inch) can be set freely in Settings. STEP is always written in millimetres, following the CAD standard. TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS Matte, textured surfaces work best. Use even, diffuse lighting and move slowly around the object in overlapping passes from multiple heights. Shiny, reflective or uniformly smooth objects are more difficult to capture accurately. REQUIREMENTS VORAUSSETZUNGEN: Only devices with LiDAR Scanner are supported! iPhone (only Pro-models): iPhone 12 Pro / Pro Max, 13 Pro / Pro Max, 14 Pro / Pro Max, 15 Pro / Pro Max, 16 Pro / Pro Max, 17 Pro / Pro Max iPad Pro with M1 or later: iPad Pro 2021 (M1), 2022 (M2), 2024 (M4), 2025 (M5) All processing runs locally on your device. No user data is transmitted or stored externally.
