User reviews

Great concept, but Glitches

I love using this app with students and the skills it can teach them in fun ways. Where we struggle is in some consistent glitches which frustrate user and teacher. When we try to use the “Audio Memory” game, the app consistently continues “buffering” and never loads which is frustrating. Using the game “Sky Runner” with students who are totally blind is a challenge because there are elements of the game that are not announced so the students are left guessing. Hoping some of this feedback can be integrated for improvement of the awesome concepts taught on this suite of games.

Invalid user name or password

Hello Dev,
I tried to set up an account and despite trying several usernames and passwords it kept saying “Invalid username or password”. I included a combination of letters, upper and lower case, numbers, symbols etc. Unfortunately it does not tell me WHY the user name and or password is invalid, making it very hard to work out what to do. I am an O&M Specialist and keen to try this app with my clients. If you can provide support with this issue that would be great.

Bugs Everywhere In The App

This is a pretty good app, but there are some problems that must be addressed.
Sky Runner is not a completely accessible game, if you think about it. How will I know that the gems are on another lane?
With the Daily Quest Log, there are instances where the quest that I have is for a game that I do not have. When I complete a quest, such as "Collect an old artifact" (Temple Explorer), that quest does not disappear.

Problems

I like this game the only problem I have is on a new game audio memory it doesn't work. When I try to start the game it does not do anything can you please fix it and thank you

Fun addition to learning!

I use this app with a student who is blind, to work on directionality. She enjoys playing the games and the sounds it makes. The only problem is the interface does not work with voice over turned on. It continues to notify you that it is a direct touch area, even after direct touch has been engaged.
