Terrible delivery service even with receiving in the mail
Frustrating App and Web Experience
I’ve been a long-time reader of the Observer-Reporter, but this app makes it hard to stay loyal. No bylines on articles – that’s basic stuff. The app itself is clunky and missing features, pushing me back to the website, which honestly isn’t much better. The whole experience is frustrating and makes me question if it’s worth the hassle.

USELESS App
I recently subscribed to the OR so I could access the news using the OR app. I quickly discovered that I would have to log in EVERY TIME I wanted to use the app, even though I select the option to keep me logged in. I contacted the OR about this and they actually told me the app was “not robust enough” to keep me logged in. They recommend that I not use the app and log in using Safari. So therefore this app is USELESS. Here’s a great idea… FIX THE APP!!!

Unhappy
Really difficult to use this app. Even logging onto the app. I get more information when I don’t go in the app. I use many different newspapers online and this one I find very difficult.
