The Obstetric Risk Calculator is a tool for predicting outcomes based on patient risk factors. The calculators in this app predict the chance of vaginal delivery if nulliparous term or preterm patients are induced. The nulliparous term calculator is based on the equation published in the article, Predicting vaginal delivery in in nulliparous women undergoing induction of labor, cited below.
The calculator is designed for educational use and is based on data from the Consortium on Safe Labor. Responsibility for its correct application is accepted by the end user.
