There is so much white space I scroll forever to do anything! Making a payment on my loans is so hidden, I think you don’t want me to make a payment! Who redesigns a website to make it more difficult to use?!

The new version of the app is harder to use. Nothing updates automatically and I constantly have issues with my totals and transactions updating at all. They should bring back the old one in my opinion

None of the account names are listed when I attempt to make a mobile deposit. It’s ridiculous.

The app is too slow. It takes forever to load account info and pay bills. Hoping it is still being worked on to improve.

I’d rather have the old app back! This one is so confusing! Item that I purchase don’t show up when you first log in and takes 2 tries before they come through!!
New app
The old app showed a years worth of transactions. The old app also showed what amount went to the principal and interest. Maybe I've overlooked it but I can't find any of that data.
New app
I am not a fan of this new app. Everything was easy to find and follow. I may like this in time but don’t understand why it needed changed.
