Hello Anand, Sorry for the inconvenience. Odoo User ID is case sensitive it might be possible that you have entered wrong User ID. Could you please take a moment to double-check the User ID to ensure that it has been entered correctly? If the problem persists despite verifying the User ID, kindly share a screenshot of the error with us by emailing it to info@keypress.co.in.
