Version 2.0 is the app rebuilt from the ground up, and the first version that runs on iPhone as well as iPad. YOUR OLD PLANS COME WITH YOU This arrives as an update to the app you already have, so your icon stays where it is. The first time it opens it finds the database the old version left behind and imports it: plans, guests, budgets, suppliers and the rest. It reads the old files without altering them, and it runs once. If something looks missing afterwards, please do not delete the app, because that removes the old data with it. Get in touch first. WHAT YOU PAID FOR IS HONOURED If you bought the full unlock in the old app, or bought extra plan credits, they carry over. Long-standing customers keep their unlock without doing anything. If an old purchase is not recognised, open Settings and use Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you originally bought it with. NEW IN THIS VERSION iPhone support, with every screen laid out for a phone rather than shrunk down from an iPad. Event parts you define yourself, so a reception and a dinner, or one long afternoon, are planned the same way without picking a template. iCloud sync, so a plan moves between your own devices. Plan sharing, so a co-organiser opens the same event on their own Apple Account and edits it alongside you. Seating built from the room you have actually been given, with the tables, the bar and the stage drawn as real shapes, and warnings for seats held by people who have dropped out. A scrapbook for the things still undecided: photographs, links, sketches and voice notes, kept on boards. Widgets in every size, Lock Screen countdowns, Control Centre buttons, and a Live Activity that holds the running order on the Lock Screen on the night. Colour palettes you can lift straight from a photograph. Archiving, so a finished event is kept in full and closed to changes rather than deleted. Fifteen accent themes and six app icons. Export to PDF and spreadsheet from every screen, and guest list import from a spreadsheet.
