App is kinda of awkward and glitchy
The Occu app is kind of awkward to use and glitchy. For example you cannot see your text when you submit a maintenance request, it will hide the text as you type it.
Also only the primary residency has the ability to submit rent payments?!?

Very basic app. It doesn’t give many options. Very often it blocks mid-process and you need to start all over again
