I have been to the bank located on 67 and 8st several times and the service has been horrible from a male that works there processing loans and tellers thinking of closing account.

Wver since they made an update to the app, the app closes out when trying to make a deposit. I end up having to delete the app and reinstalling it to be able to make a mobil deposit…EVERY TIME!! Extremely inconvenient!!!!

After last App update is imposible to take a picture always open the camara and the app closing completed. Try many times and the same.

As a bank ocean bank is the best- so much better than any other bank
A) very personal, they actually call w/ suspect checks to confirm
B) Felix escalona is the best out of the Miami Beach office
C) why wouldn’t you support your local bank? Money stays in miami employs lots of people.
D) the mobile app was so much better than the new-maybe I need to get used to it but it seems a little difficult to maneuver.
E) when I go, I’m treated very well, personable- unlike so many other banks

Love the new look of the app!
Horrible Ux/Ui - previous version was much better.
Previous version was more intuitive for simple needs. No reason to creat a desktop version for mobile. Which is what it feels like.
