Bring back tokens
Just bring back the tokens. The app is utter garbage, never been able to top up or check balance on cards. And the ques for machines are a drain on what is supposed to be a fun day out.
Ruined the experience of the fairground.
Bring back tokens! This app and the cards you use are a mess, I got ripped off because you can’t see your balance or see how many tokens you have. The machine said insufficient funds when I scanned then when I’ve checked the app at home I’ve been charged for the scan. I hate using these cards. I want to physically see how much I have to make my time at the fairground less of a worry. I hate having to keep going to machines to check the balance.

Simply doesn’t work
The app constantly fails to load and even on the rare occasions it does load it crashes again after a few presses of some option buttons. Complete waste of time and unbelievably frustrating!

Downloaded app hoping to top a card I got last year and the app won’t even load. Waste of time
Doesn’t work
The app does not work. When you register with mobile number and email the app advises a OTP will be sent. Nothing arrives despite attempts from myself and my husband. Not fit for purpose.
