Convenient

I love the new app! I lost my physical library card but it’s no problem because I can use my phone now. I also love that I can easily view the books I’ve checked out and their due dates. Ditto the Holds. So convenient and nice!

Barcode disappeared

Loved having my card with the barcode in the app. Somehow it has disappeared? Deleted card and app and reinstalled and reloaded card MANY times. Still no barcode. So frustrating!

Where’s the barcode?

This app USED to be great, but the barcode no longer shows up. This renders the self-serve check out process almost useless. It’s useful for requesting holds.

Bug filled software update

OSLRI updated its app & boy did they NOT get their money’s worth. I have an iPhone & nothing on the app works for my account. I can’t access my holds list. I can’t access my reading history. I can’t access info on overdue fees or fines. I CAN’T REQUEST BOOKS!!! Lousy product. Circasst
