Try to buy packages takes money but nothing happens. Ask for refunds but tech service none, money game always but now game at end. Been playing it for 6 yrs. even when Chinese got caught cheating , no Google support and as of June 30 PayPal dropping them
Bad patch
When patch 1.3.23.5 was released, I downloaded it and immediately the game just gave me a black screen.
Re download it, still the same, such a shame that developers can't be bothered to test properly.

Lost funds
Continuously I purchase monthly gift on ocean wars, my money keeps being accepted and taken from my bank account but I rarely receive my purchase , so I purchase it again and maybe the second time I will receive it, sometimes I have to purchase it 3 times to get it once, I contact game support and I am told to take it up with iTunes , so I contact iTunes and they tell me that I have to contact game support, so what Iโm saying is if you make I purchase there is 1 in 3 chances you will lose your money and no one wants to take responsibility and help you, you just lose hard earned money
