Not a GRIB view. Frankly, it's only a map. No weather data.
More work required?
On start up I get a message that the "NOAA bouy data later cannot be loaded", without this the app does not work. I am a U.K. user, does this app only work for USA users? I got the same message when I went to the developer website. I also could not find any settings menu and no help guide, makes it hard work for the user. I'm afraid this app got deleted, I'll return in 6 months time to see if any progress has been made.
