Getting boring

Been playing this game for a little while now, I’ve collected all the jigsaw pieces, played all the events games over and over again, it’s getting boring now playing the same event with no new content, I’m guessing there’s no new jigsaw puzzles, giving up soon as I’m bored of playing the same thing over and over.

Do NOT make purchases in this game!

I made 2 in app purchases and did not receive the items. I tried to contact customer support, I could not update my email, you have to go through so many questions that have NOTHING to do with the problem. When I was able to say that I had made purchases and did not receive the 2 purchases I made and I checked my purchases and was charged but I could not submit the form I have never had such difficulty contacting a customer support. A rate this game pop up came up. I rated 2 and pressed the feedback button but that also didn’t take me anywhere.

Customer support

I made 2 in app purchases and did not receive the items. I tried to contact customer support, I could not update my email, the asked so many questions one of the questions was what I purchased but after the purchase the offer disappears. I checked my purchases and was charged and will have to go through my bank to dispute the charges. I have never had such difficulty contacting a customer support.

I am stuck there is no way to ask for help, I need to somehow convert the food into energy but can’t figure it out, I like the game but need help

Frustrating

I enjoyed this game, it was sometimes annoying with 200 + energy for cutting stone, which would clear you out of energy, but the most frustrating part, keep signing in, and then ( this would be my 3rd time, ) I had to start at level one again!!! After I had got to level 12😔 therefore I have decided to delete the game. ☹️

Could you guys do a change instead instead of just assuming that every single player that plays your game has no idea how to play and needs to be taught how to play every single step for the next like. Could you put in a thing where it says do you want help? Yes or no I guarantee you there’s gonna be a lot of people or some people that are gonna say no they don’t want help. Please change that. Very simple to put in very simple to change and fix.
