Great for beginners
I never meditated before but this app make it easy. Short sessions; clear guide, ocean visuals very beautiful. I do it almost every night now.
Notice changes after few days
Honestly I didn’t believe breathwork do something. But after 3 days I feel lighter, my chest not so tight. Helps me during busy days so much.
My fav app now
Ocean Mind became my go to when I feel stressed. I breath 5 mins and it change my mood. Simple app but super helpful for everyday life
Daily routine now
Didn’t expect much but after 7 days I feel more energy. Practicies are short so easy to do. I mess some days but still feel better focus at work
Good for my anxiety
I do the short breathwork in morning and feel more normal during day. Meditation voice very soothing. Sometimes app lags but overall I like it lot.
