About

Your next horizon starts with a plan. OceanSea Nav brings maps, routes, marine forecasts and practical boating tools together on iPhone and iPad. SHAPE YOUR ROUTE ON THE MAP Search for places, choose stops and arrange waypoints. Add a point directly to a route line, drag it into position or change the order with arrows. Plan departure times and leg speeds, then follow your GPS position and record your track. Heading-follow mode and a lockable map view help keep the journey in view. MAPS FOR THE WAY YOU EXPLORE Switch between online maps and downloaded world basemap packages with available OpenSeaMap seamarks. Download maps in advance for use without a connection. Inspect supported regional nautical charts and chart objects, including channels, lights, traffic schemes and pilot information where the source provides them. READ THE CONDITIONS View wind, wave and current forecasts on the map. Explore available bathymetry and charted depths with their sources. Compare departure windows and review the forecast times behind your plan. KEEP USEFUL DETAILS CLOSE Consult the VHF channel–MHz table and available port, VTS, coastal-station and pilotage records from open sources. Save places and notes, keep a voyage log, use an anchor watch and exchange supported route files. Compatible NMEA or Signal K equipment can supply instrument and AIS data. PLAN ON YOUR DEVICES Use an optional OceanSea Nav web account to synchronize routes with the web planner. The interface offers 25 language and regional options. It follows your device language when supported and can be changed in the app. FREE ACCESS IN THIS RELEASE Boating is a passion with plenty of costs. We want to support it with free access for as long as we can. The features enabled in this release do not require a paid subscription. Coverage and detail depend on the region and data source. The world basemap is not a worldwide official nautical-chart or radio-station collection. Downloaded map packages do not include every online layer or forecast. Charted depths and bathymetry are not live depth measurements; instrument data requires compatible equipment. GPS functions depend on device capabilities and permissions. Use current official charts, local notices and appropriate onboard equipment alongside the app when making navigation decisions. Questions, issues or ideas: yigitcan.akinci@gmail.com
