I love all things OSB! The app is fantastic on the go and saves quite a bit of time. The one request I would make is to have instant transfer available with Venmo. I know the bigger banks do it, but if we can move in that direction that would be wonderful!

App is good. Needs a bit more info; love multiple acct views. Need to be able to view full statements! And need to get EMAILED an actual bill when INTEREST HITS.

I’ve banked with Oconee State Bank since I was 19 years old, just married and moved to Oconee County.
At that time they were truly your home town bank who knew who you were with wonderful personal service as we went into the bank more frequently. With growth, it’s become more technical with online services. Because of this some of our personal touches have been lost. However, when I go inside the Bogart branch to handle business, I’m greeted with that same wonderful personal service!! The staff are so professional and friendly, but know their banking business. They are always helpful and solve my problems. Or, if I need to see Alan Brown, my loan officer, who’s helped me since he came to the Bogart branch, he’s always available and helps me take care of business promptly. I appreciate the officers and staff at the Bogart branch!
