Unable to Set Up User
When setting up a user profile, the app appears to accept the dual password entries, but states that “An unknown error has occurred”. The app is useless if I can’t login!

This app made the Octane Elliptical worth buying. Now the app is dead and I am stuck with a machine I wish I had not purchased.
Poor implementation
This app will not even let you sign-in with valid credentials, insisting that a “Data Validation error has occurred “ . There is no access to a support entity of any nature.
Can’t login - error mismatch
Why doesn’t this app allow you to log in. It connects fine to my ZR8. Bummer because tracking our data is why we exist to train. Their equipment is thousands of dollars and it’s unacceptable the app is this poor. Not really a good image for the company.
This app doesn’t work, and judging from other review hasn’t worked in years
I downloaded this app to use with an elliptical I just bought. I should have done this before deciding to buy the machine because it would have told me a lot about health of the company. The app is unsupported entirely and useless.
Verification fails
Please fix this. Verification code fails when attempting to setup a user for Bluetooth connection and therefore this app is useless. Apple fitness also doesn’t work half the time for nfc connection with these products.
Data issue error uponn login
You are a expensive workout equipment company and the app is doing this? Not good for your reputation fix it.

Doesn’t work… at all… pure and simple
Can’t use existing user… non-descript login error… can create new login… non-descriptive data error… it doesn’t work… pure and simple… how Apple allows such crap on the Apple Store is beyond me. Pox on both their houses!
App does not connect
For a 4k machine’s tech to not work is just insulting. I stopped using the Octane app with my elliptical because of too many connection and tracking issues to note. Hoped developers fixed them and just tried again - doesn’t even connect with my machine anymore.
DO NOT LOGOUT!
December 2023 - If you are a current user, do not logout. You will not be able to log back in and therefore this app will be useless.
For me, this app is essential for convenience in setting up and using the various programs in my Octane Fitness xR6xi. In fact, this model cost extra to enable use of this software app. I’d give this app a 4 star rating if they would support it.
If you need to run this software on a new device, backup the app to iCloud and restore it to the new device.

Please up date this app and include customized workouts.
Doesn’t work. Needs to be deleted from App Store
Users can’t log in. App won’t work at all without users being logged in, therefore the app can’t be used at all. No idea why someone isn’t fixing this.

I can’t believe gyms are buying this equipment with the stipulation that you can use this app.
Useless app
Octane make great fitness equipment but the app is useless. Got a new iPad and couldn’t transfer account as password doesn’t work, neither does new one or if set up new account. App Hasn’t been updated in 4 years - why go to all the effort of making your machines to connect with app if you don’t make any effort to maintain the app?

Connects to my elliptical fine but won’t let me log in to the account that I created for myself to track my workouts.
