Ridiculous return policy.

The actual website works better than the app. Additionally, the return policy is ridiculous. If you return an item you automatically lose $15 from the price you paid and top of that you only have 14 days to return an item. Absolutely ridiculous! Very sad, because I do like this clothing line but they have lost me as a customer.
