Vpn connection
It's pretty good to use but it won't let me connect even though I have perfectly fine Wi-Fi. I spent an hour trying every possible way but it wouldn't connect. Please tell me what is wrong

Thank you for your message. This is a known issue that our team is already working on. Unfortunately, the fix will require an app update, so it may take some time before it becomes available. At the moment, connections that require downloading a new configuration may get stuck on the "Downloading Configuration" screen on iOS devices.
