Doesn’t work at all lol waste of money and a scam
Buggy and no way to submit bugs
They recently broke the Home Screen widget - it erroneously says that I’m not secure but the app indeed shows that I am. Frustratingly there is no way to contact them to report bugs. They just wall themselves off from clients.
Update: they responded and asked me to reinstall the widget and if the problem persists to follow a link to contact them. I did and it persists. The link is just to the it knowledge base. Still no way to contact them. Just wasting my time and continue to thwart and contact.
New update: No more response. Support non-existent. I will not be renewing my subscription.

Billing Plans not truthful
I keep trying to choose the Complete option for one month and it keeps saying Basic when I get to the end. I even chose Prime to see any difference but that didn’t work either. Not sure how to yet can’t even get their plans to work show correctly when I choose one.
A solid VPN
I've been using NordVPN for over a year and have had a great experience with it. I've used it while traveling throughout Europe and Asia, and even on cruise ships, and it has performed reliably. Overall, it's a solid and dependable product.
Occasionally, I've encountered a few websites that won't open while NordVPN is enabled. In those cases, I simply pause the VPN, access the site, and then immediately re-enable it. Once you know which sites don't work well with a VPN, it's really not a big deal.
Overall, I've been very satisfied with NordVPN and would definitely recommend it.

Promise it works but fails
When using some TV apps they identify I am using NPN and they then block me from watching. The adverts say that I will be able to watch my Home Counties TV programs when traveling overseas. But alas the promise is not what is delivered.
