The bare minimum, under invested in
I use this through work, and when it’s working it’s relatively fast, but this app itself overall is pretty miserable.
It is constantly losing its session requiring a laborious manual and typo prone sign in process (and can’t register with 1Password to remember autofill for you)
Feels like I’m signing back in every few days or update, constantly reinstalling certificates to iOS.
VPN apps have one job, be ready quickly to secure my network and this app fails that test spectacularly.
Auto connect on untrusted wifi also tends to choke if you have some kind of captive flow like a coffee shop or plane, making you often have to manually disable it as it’s blocking that step defeating the point.
Also has no mechanism to auto disable on certain wifi (or cellular) when it is detected. This I can understand but am often frustrated when I get home and it’s acting wonky because it is at least good at hanging on to that.

Horrible product that flat out does not work. Save your money
Virtual tunnel just doesn’t work. No app support. No enterprise support. A horrible service and a horrible product. Should be reported as a scam to apple. Save your money and avoid these frauds
Poor performance is their standard
Not for mobile persons. Only good for desktops: hangs when transitioning between networks. They accept this as normal, competitors don’t. Shop elsewhere. Support is basically useless if you’re a 5 license holder (entry tier).
