Useless

I downloaded this thinking I could use it to transfer files from my mac to my phone and vice versa. Turns out, there’s a “Cloud Password” that no matter how many times I reset it it would return a “something went wrong. Try again later”. Oh yeah, something went wrong? That’s all the info you can give? It’s beyond frustrating. I’m a new subscriber too and was excited to use Nord’s extra “features”, which they sold as part of the complete package. Turns out it’s just to fool people to opt for the higher tier. HOW THE HELL DO YOU EVEN USE THIS?!

Disappointed

Hasn’t worked for weeks now, you open the app and it immediately closes. NL I won’t be renewing any subscription.

Supposed to be included w/subscription

This is supposed to be usable with my three year subscription it’s downloaded but overtime I try to open the app it crashes &I’ve already reset my phone so it’s not iOS

Nice system, could use more features.

NordLocker itself is quite a well designed app. I’m able to easily transfer files cross device, and keep information safe. It appears to be very secure and surprisingly responsive. Having to put in your cloud password for every login can get annoying at times, but realistically it’s helping keep my information safe. I would like to see more features on IOS and IPad OS to make the overall software more useful, such as a dedicated photo locker.

TLDR: This app is useful if you are looking to quickly and efficiently transfer files cross device in a secure way, or to store files from multiple devices in the same space for later access.
