Support is Horrible
We had to fire RedTail. We hired Wealthbox because they seem to be the best option. The conversion was easy. But whenever we have a tech problem, you get caught in a tailspin of email support. There is no phone number to call where you can get a quick and easy fix. You have to spend hours going back and forth over emails in an attempt to fix the problem.
Oh, and their “event” feature is atrocious. RedTail had lots of problems, but their event feature was excellent. And “events” are critical for a financial advisory firm.

Glorified web app
It is pretty apparent when using this app that it’s just a web app in a native wrapper.
Better integration with Phone, or Maps, etc. would be nice to show it is actually native. Or better yet an interface that is clearly native with Liquid Glass or something along those lines.

PAID email integration hasn’t worked in 10 months
10 Months in with the same problem.
Title says it all. They’re either incompetent or don’t care.

Face ID Issues
The Face ID gives the Opps Something Went Wrong constantly. Has been doing this for a while now with no fix. Uninstalled and it still does this. Was working fine and now does not. Several folks in our office are having the same issue.
