Collapse for few days
Collapse for few days with stable connection for about 1 month. Suddenly, it collapsed, and my phone is out of cellular connection. Start up phone and change local? In vain. Please solve this problem. Thanks.

Widget Needs Work
The widget is not sync’d to the app - most of the time if the widget says connected, it is not. Vice versa for disconnected status. The widget status is the exact opposite of what the app is actually doing. Not optimal and messes with my work flow.
App update ruined it for me
The app update changed the disconnect behaviour in the Control Center and Widget to pause for 5 minutes instead of disconnect. This is really annoying for me and I would prefer this in a configurable setting.
Can I request a refund if Nord no longer works in mainland China
It has been working alright until two days ago. Now it can’t connect.

I can’t get it to work in China anymore. I previously managed to connect to Indonesia via obfuscated networks, but yesterday I tried dozens of OpenVPN methods, various double obfuscation techniques, Tor and more, and failed to connect to any foreign server. I tested servers across at least twenty countries, which has been extremely frustrating. Is there any possible fix? If it cannot be resolved, could I get a refund?

Blocking me
For unknown reasons the connection with Nord on my phone may drop off and then my access to my internet connection is disconnected and unavailable. I wasn’t aware that this could happen and therefore thought it was an problem with my WiFi and would try to fix it but since that actually wasn’t the problem of course I still wasn’t able to access internet. Finally I have recognized that checking and finding that the VPN is disconnected. When I reconnect then internet access also returns. So this is a problem and instead of helping me Nord is blocking me.

Stop resetting my settings
I tell it every day to not auto connect unless on WiFi and every day I find I have no internet outside because this is trying and failing to connect to a vpn, having changed the damn setting back

Unreliable
I work in construction and am travel to different locations regularly. I set the app to auto connect when joining untrusted wifis. NordVPN never auto connects. Once I notice it I open the app only to find I’m logged out. I’m always logged out when I go into the app. Even if I had just logged in the day before. I’m at a loss for how this is ranked so high. I’ve used the app for a few years and the last year has been really frustrating. Definitely looking for something more consistent and reliable

Easy to use on my Mac and iPhone, with many different places to choose from and a great UI.
Used to be good but kinda sucks now
This app used to be decent. A strong record of privacy, apps that worked across Apple’s various platforms (including even Apple TV), support for the latest Apple technologies like widgets and Control Center controls.
But the software quality has been in freefall the last couple years. Their new Mac app doesn’t look or work at all like a Mac app. On iOS, the Control Center widget can no longer be used to turn on and off the VPN as necessary. Instead, it can either be on, or paused for five minutes. I guess if I want a decent experience on Apple’s platforms, I might need to go looking for a new VPN.

Becoming unusable
NordVPN is becoming completely unusable for me. I’m now getting hundreds of notifications within a few minutes telling me the switch server as the one I am using is going offline. This is happening in the middle of the afternoon so it disrupts work meetings as I have to disconnect from the server and join a new one, which invariably starts spamming me with loads of it’s own notifications saying it’s going offline too. If it happened during the middle of the night it would be fine, but it’s unacceptable during working hours to keep having to change VPN servers. After several years with Nord it’s time to change my VPN.

Connection keeps dropping and its taking a long while to reconnect which was not the case two days ago.
