I've bought the unlock all access and still get ads and games are locked. Support doesn't answer 🤨

Inappropriate and incessant ads
Ads play after every game. Many of which are not age appropriate for anyone who would be playing this game. It is far too easy for young users to click an ad accidentally and wind up in the App Store. It’s disruptive to the game and an immediate delete from us, which is a shame because Octonauts has so much potential for great educational content that could be worth paying for….

Don’t pay to unlock the remaining games it’s a scam I payed £2.99 and they still don’t let you play them.
Needs sticker/animals labeled
My 3 yo loves this one almost as much as the blue whale app/ game. Her only complaint is it doesn’t tell her the names of the animals as she gets the stickers- she likes to learn their names.
Other than that we noticed some light glitching on first level- otherwise it’s running smooth so far.

Excessive ads make this impossible to play
I see nothing that indicates the ads will go away if I pay to unlock. The ads constantly interrupt the game play causing frustration for my grandaughter

Inappropriate ads and family sharing disabled
They purposely disable family sharing to make you pay more and then serve sniper rifle ads to kids.
Great game!
My son (just turned 4) loves this game. Good variety of different tasks to complete. He won all the stickers... so we just deleted it to re-install and win them all again :) Worth paying to get rid of the ads for sure.

I love this app and you should all get it! I don’t think there is anything wrong it’s this app and we should all be happy about it. I live, love octonauts and this is a great way to have fun.
