Fraud alert
Never ever play in this app with real cash. They are fraud. They vanished my 20 crores chips (not real) in one day and they are not bothered to reply when asked in support. Beware of this app.
Update: today again they took my 5 crores chips without any reason. I usually don’t give reviews but I couldn’t resist as this app developer is a biggest fraud I have ever come across

Can’t even log in without an Indian number
I have a UK number and I can’t login because it has +91 annoying because it won’t let me edit. Was looking forward to trying this game out but you can’t even log in what’s the point.
Fraud charges
The charging fraud charges even you do not purchase they will charge you they charge mec3 times I didn’t even know
In-app purchases
This game is very clever. Well written but to dupe us to feel we are really playing Indian rummy. It picks a winner when the game starts and whatever you do, blocks others from winning it other than the chosen one. And when you get addicted (and you will) and make an in-app purchase for coins, you will be rewarded with a win or two and lose straight 16-20 games until you are drained of those coins. Because you will come back and make another purchase. After a long time, I deleted this game today.
Also, just noticed they track your name, email address and location, along with purchase info!! For a rummy game, I wonder why they need all that info? Apple?

Was my fav game before the update to the tournaments section.. this tournament is not good at all.. the format is horrible, the wait time is too much, it only has 1 tournament per hour.. I loved the earlier one. Bring that back

13 card rummy play now has timing duration is too long. Please make it short duration length so we don’t feel sleepy. Other player takes too long so we wait more long minutes to wait turn comes around after 5 player. I loved this ( Indian rummy 13 card play now) - please make it shorter duration/shorter timing

Missing games after upgrade
Lots of scope to improve.
I recently upgraded and two of the games I always play are no longer available in the app!!!! Deal rummy and another one (not sure I recollect the names now but they are just 2 player and 3 players games with scores)
Please bring back those games or I may have to remove the app…
Noticed another update - since the two games went missing, I thought they may make a comeback with this new update but alas, they are not. It’s been a month since I last logged in after the upgrade removed those games.

Not able to play on mobile data
I am not able to play this game on mobile data from last month, I have to connect wifi every time if I have to play it.
Unable to login
Had been playing for years in guest mode and had 4M balance before this issue happened few days back.
Tried several things, nothing works (upgrading app to latest version, upgrading iOS to latest, uninstall and reinstall of app, logging in with Apple ID, etc.)
Your loosing long time users due to this.

Rigged
This game is rigged. I have been playing this game for a few months now and have realised that the system recognises your playing pattern and them make you lose. For instance, for people like myself who use actual money to buy chips; immediately after the purchase, you get a few good hands. Once your chips start depleting, the system bugs kick in, you get messages like “Oops something bad happened” “Card hand mismatch error” yada yada. This is done intentionally to make you lose so that you buy more chips. I have highlighted this to the developers multiple times but have not had a satisfactory response from them ever. Just today, I had a winning hand and suddenly the bug kicked in, making me lose 2.5cr chips! This is definitely done deliberately.

I updated this game yesterday to your new version… now I am not able to open it… I uninstalled and reinstalled… still the application is not opening in my iPhone… hope all my old points will be gone

Rules and algo of games need restructure.
First of all I like the game very much. There are few issues with the game as compare to real rummy game.
1. While declaring (when I am a not declarer) I need to have one set of 4 otherwise 80 point will be counted. This rule doesn’t exist in real rummy game.
2. I can not use two jokers for set of 4 cards. Why?
3. The actual number of points to be counted after declaring if someone doesn’t have valid life's and should not be restricted to 80 points.
Other issue.
Algo is very bad. Last week I drop the cards 8 times in a row n loose many points since cards drawn are very very bad. Out of 8, 5 times ur app shows me to drop. Come on this is very very frustrating. One day I loose 22 games in a row not because I was playing bad I was getting bad cards.
There should feature need to be available to report about some user because sometimes some users used abusive language in chat.
New update is not allowing to be as u guest user it forcing me login. I used option as login using Apple ID. Today since morning I played few games but in d evening it showing me error as “Use is unauthorised”. How and why??
