Unable to get my camera to connect to my iPhone 15 pro max but was able to get it to connect to my iPad and download my videos

I got this to go on my trip and I can’t get to stay connected to the WiFi and the app is no good it’s not helpful at all . Buyer’s beware. Don’t waste your Money.

Not user friendly. Instructions don’t match my iPhone options. Outdated step by step guide. Haven’t been able to use it for 2 days, brand new out of the box.

Can’t get my pictures or videos!!
I was happy because this app initially worked for me. Now, everytime I open the app to retrieve my pictures, it tells me there are none…like not one picture or video on the camera. This is frustrating because I like to edit on the go and this prevents me from that. Do better ORDRO!
WiFi issues
Just purchased the camera. Does not connect to the WiFi after several attempts to reboot app and WIFI. So frustrating!

App is absolutely garbage
The only thing you can really use the app for is the camera perspective. The interface is very glitchy and , as the other reviews say , you cannot download most of your videos. Hoping I can still pull the footage from my SD card and it still be usable so the camera is not completely useless. Wouldn’t recommend paying full price if you’re expecting to use the app with it. Luckily I got mine for 60 off of marketplace.

Limited capability
While the app might help in catturing videos and photo. It cannot be used in isolation to the camera and has limited functionalities.,Also download speeds are really slow.
Didn’t try the app
I have a camera, but didn’t try the app because it had such poor reviews. I’m leaving a poor review, because they should do better than make an app that gets so many bad reviews.
Scammy
No connection to WiFi no matter how many times I tried. ALSO Why would you need full access to my ENTIRE photo albums and all of the data in the photo album to SAVE videos? Limited access should be sufficient enough. Sounds like facial/location database collection. No thanks.
iPhone 14 Pro Max
App doesn’t work. The device signal is broadcasting but the app doesn’t try to communicate with my WiFi. ORDRO should use Bluetooth connection to communicate with their device & app & skip WiFi. It’s easier.

Will it connect?
Have used this camera with 2 different iPhones & struggle every time. Will it connect through the wi-fi connection has always been the challenge. If it does get connected it will work most of the time but will intermittently lose connection or say WiFi disconnected. Hard to use when recording training videos that requires a POV video for demonstration.

Connection issues
The app isn’t usable. It fails to connect. It’s difficult to get the camera setting to access WiFi to begin with. The WiFi button & the Power button are one in the same.

CHINESE GARBAGE
App won’t connect to the camera. I bought this and it’s NEVER worked correctly; wi-fi can’t connect. I’m a techy guy and this is a throw away camera. They obviously took our money and ran. No updates, no customer service. Stay far far away.
Not iOS17.x compatible
So far, all tests have done lean towards this product not being compatible with iOS 17.x. Unit doesn't show up on wifi using iOS 17.x devices
