Organize on the go Long-press a document for Move to…, Rename and Tags…, or tap Select and handle several at once. One name for several documents becomes "Name 1", "Name 2", … Folders too: create, move, throw away. Your Mac carries it out the next time they meet; until then a small arrow shows what's on its way. Throw away, and change your mind Deleting works here too: straight to Trash, even with your Mac switched off. The Trash shows everything your Mac has thrown away, folders included. Put Back brings it home — a whole folder, or a single file from inside one — and Put Back in… lets you choose where. Emptying stays on your Mac. Sort before it arrives Scans and photos waiting for your Mac can already get their name, tags and folder. They arrive where they belong. When your Mac says no If something can't be done — the folder is gone, the name is taken, something changed on the Mac in the meantime — you'll see it under the logo and in the Report. Tap a notice to open its document. Once the document changes on your Mac, the notice clears itself. Columns that fit One layout for every size: three columns on a large iPad, two on a smaller one or an iPhone turned sideways, one when space is tight. Drag the dividers, push a column aside, and each orientation keeps its own widths. Word, Pages, spreadsheets and videos open right in the column. Organizing needs Oda 1.8.5 on your Mac.
