Awful support
Every time I try to create an account it hits me with ‘bad email address’ with no help to why it didn’t work or how to help. Also everything in the game requires to have an account for example join a tournament join a team and guess what you need and account send socks guess what you need an account

Why so dodgy all of a sudden?
Apparently you can only log in with your Facebook/iOS account if you agree to app tracking. Absolutely not! We’re done here!
Can’t log on
Game is great, but the support for bugs and fixes is terrible. I have no idea what happened to my game, but I went to play one evening and it won’t let me log on via FB, I have deleted the game many times and allowed tracking, it still won’t log me on. I don’t want to start at the beginning again, after many years of play, contacted support weeks ago, not fixed. Even though they are happy to take my money for extra cash points though.

Stopped playing due to not being able to log in with facebook so game has taken me back to level one!
Demanding Tracking - Forget It!

I played this game for many years, then a few weeks ago it logged me out of Facebook, now when I try to log back in the fb log in page just keeps refreshing asking me to enter my password, I rest the password but still does the same thing. Tried contacting admin from the help page ( sends an email) and it won’t send the email as that comes up with saying my email address is incorrect. Just sad as I enjoyed this game and got to lv 488, I don’t want to start again on lv1 🥲

Needs updating
I have been playing this game for many years and it really hasn’t changed much. Some things that I would like to see is removing the energy as it just stops you from playing as much as possible. Energy levels in a game is such an outdated concept and should be removed entirely! Also the fact that I’m currently on level 255 and still receiving socks from levels so far behind me is just pointless! I just received a sock from the washer from level 201. What do I need that for?? The limit should be just a few levels behind the one you’re currently on!

Love this game been playing for a long time off and on, it’s great, no ads unless you want to watch them. only problem is it needs updating the bugs need fixing and support are no help at all which is a shame hence the three stars
I love this game but
I love this game but today I can’t play. Says there is an internet connection issue and won’t load. I’m so close to completing this yet my internet is fine and I can load everything else. There is also no app support it just takes you to their website and it tells you all about them. No way to call for help. Very annoying.

Too many bugs

Dave and Sian Walker
The number one problem with this game is the developers, Dave and Sian Walker. They have not fixed any of the issues this game has in months. In the forums this is all people have talked about for the past for months. Everyone has emailed support over and over, and all you get is an automated email back stating they will not respond because only one person works in support and that person is busy fixing issues and doesn’t have time to respond. Obviously that person doesn’t have time to fix the current issues either. The email tells you to check the FAQ and status of issues being worked on, yet the issues of this game are not in the FAQ, and according to the status are not being worked on either. If you play the game you know in order to keep playing you need to be able to watch ads to make sock cash to buy energy. This is the number one problem in this game. People on iPad or iPhone have not been able to watch ads to buy energy for months! So a lot of them have simply quit. Why play if you can’t level up. They do offer sock cash for money but the ratio of real money to sock cash is ridiculous, considering how much energy cost and how fast it goes. Other issues are socks shrinking or disappearing, fairy wishes not being granted, the list goes on. Yet Dave and Sian are MIA. The game itself is actually fun and you can meet people from all over the world. Yes there have been some nasty players but you can switch teams and find one that suits you. It’s really sad the developers don’t care about the game or its players enough to fix all the issues. But if they ever do, I will come back and change my rating and review.

Twice now it has said it is giving me sock cash and it hasn’t. Other than that it’s a fun game
Developers need to respond
I’m giving the game 3 stars because developers simply do not respond to problems in this game. You simply receive an automatic response saying I’m only one person and blah blah, they will fix it when they can. I have not been able to watch ads for 6 weeks now and have sent in requests to have this issue fixed about 3 times. If you play the game you know you need ads to make sock cash to buy your energy to keep playing. So I really wish the tech person would fix this issue.

I have to say, in all the years I have played this game, and all the teams I have been on, I have NEVER seen any player be vindictive, mean, or say, or suggest anything inappropriate. And now, I am one of 3 owners on a team. Team rules are posted under the Teams name to read Before you join. Our rules are simple. Evictions are, 20 days non play, bombing and not clearing. We also ask that people be polite and say Thank you when someone grants their wish or congratulates them on leveling up, or completing an achievement. Although I think it’s rude not to say TY, we don’t evict for that. Also if any player has a problem they can come to one of us and we will do our best to resolve it. In my opinion I think Jakey made some things up. Maybe he or she just had a bad day.
