It took awhile for me to start Cloosiv. I thought it wouldn’t be worth the headache of trying to start it up. Boy, was I wrong! They bend over backwards to help set you up. In fact, the owner Tim Griffin called me while he was on vacation to help me with questions! They have single-handily saved my business during this coronavirus scare as well and continue to communicate, add new features to help us, and actually waved fees during the virus scare to help us out. Best service I could have ever asked for!
I have been looking for a way to expand my coffee business and then out of nowhere this amazing little app feel on my lap. So easy to use on the customer and the merchant side!! Drinks come in seamlessly and customer have raves on how easy it is to use!! The adaptation to the COVID 19 situation has been handled with the such grace!

Awesome customer service
Have used Cloosiv in my shop for 5 months now and their customer service is outstanding. I was having an issue on a Sunday and the team got ahold of me and helped me get it resolved quickly. I highly recommend this app for any coffee shop. I love to visit coffee shops while traveling this app has helped me locate some great places.

I’ve been in business 6 years, and using Cloosiv for a year. If any issues have come they’ve been quick to address it. Customers love the app.

SO CONVENIENT
Cloosiv has allowed my business to nearly double! Any questions that I have are answered within a day if not instantly. There are so many benefits to customers and I hear everyday how amazing it is. Receiving orders and navigating the app and inventory is incredibly easy. I LOVE the new curbside feature as much as our customers do!! Highly recommend this app!

Not worth it
Tried the trial and didn’t see much. Didn’t get much support from anyone. Not very transparent company as they told me a price, but other friends who own shops were told other prices.
Customers orders weren’t coming in on the device and customers were upset. I spent more money on free drinks to make up for it.
Earned less than $100 bucks in orders over 5 months. Don’t waste your time.
I tried ordering at another shop as a customer and my order went through but shop was closed so it isn’t just me that’s getting bad experience. Other shops are too.
