This app has slowly gotten worse

I’ve noticed many bugs/problems have been happening with my Odin all of a sudden. First it was me not being able to view my saved items/videos through the in the app, and now the search collected items function doesn’t work at all. No matter what words I search, not a single item pops up

paywall

introduced a paywall that wasnt there before. now you can only save 100 things before they start charging, when you used to be able to save and unlimited number of things for free.

Could be awesome but not reliable

A great concept and something that’s definitely needed. However it is super buggy. App constantly freezes, can’t edit profile, cannot change status of boards. Too bad because I could really use this app but it just doesn’t work.

PAYWALL ONLY 100 SAVES

I was looking for a place to store favorite Twitter posts as well as other sites and just found out you only get 100 things you can save before you have to pay to upgrade! This was not posted anywhere here on the app page and is a dirty way to undercut users. Combined with privacy issues this is not an app I can recommend AT ALL. Instead I recommend using Pocket or a blogging place where you can link things like Tumblr

Updated, now you have to pay?

This was an amazing app and a great way to store images from all different platforms, but now that it requires 3.99 a month (or 39.99 a year) it is totally useless. Will not be using anymore 👎

NOT FREE- out of app purchases

you get 100 saves free- (tic toc eats those quick) then its 3.99/mo or 39.99/yrly-

Undisclosed paywall

Beware that after 100 bookmarks, you have to pay and I don’t even know how much because you have to go somewhere else to find out. So, I’m going to have to take my bookmarks and export them all somewhere else, which is a pain. This should be listed in the terms and under in-app purchases. I feel like this violates apple’s terms of service.

Used to be great

This was perfect, but now requires way too much money. Too bad.

Awesome but work on privacy!

This app is exactly what I was looking for when it came to organizing helpful content found on TikTok, Instagram and Twitter! I love it so far but have one suggestion: please make it possible to make your page completely private and not just your spaces. I typed in my url on my laptop and, although I couldn’t open the individual spaces, I can still see everything I’ve saved on the main feed as well as the names and images for the spaces. Would love to have my Odin account completely private so no one can see what’s here unless I share with them.

Disappointed

Used to love the app, now disappointed with the new payment requirement. Went back and deleted saved items to make space and it was not enough, so just ended up deleting items for nothing.

Won’t be using anymore.

Should Disclose Before Downloading That It’s A Paid App

I downloaded this app as an alternative to PinTok. I have about mid to high 100s of tiktoks favorited and I was going through saving all of them in Odin before I was hit with the “you’re out of shares, please subscribe” message. No where on the app does it disclose that this is a “freemium” app or that it’s a subscription based service UNTIL you hit the share limit. So now I must find another app and go through hundreds of tiktoks again to save. It’s a good app, with link previews and notes ability. However, just disclose that it’s a subscription based app BEFORE people hit share limit.

Solid idea and app

It’s a game changer to have all links in one spot

Doesn’t support iPad landscape orientation 😭

I’m working more and more on my iPad Pro, unfortunately this app launches in iPhone “Portrait” mode, which gives me a small rotated view of the app unless I pull iPad off the keyboard and hold it vertically.

I think Odin looks great and I plan to use it, but this app / version is a non-starter for iPad devices.

Useless now that it’s paid

I loved it before but now it’s useless since you can only save so much before you have to pay

Was great until recently

This app is really good for storing all your stuff but recently the sorting system is weird cuz now I can’t place my links in specific collections, only in a space (and then I have to come onto the app and place the link into a collection, which is kind of a hassle if I’m in a rush)

not saving to collections in spaces

not sure whats going on but every time i try to save to odin it only saves to my space instead of the collection within it. annoying bug pls fix

Wonderful cross-platform organizing app

Very easy to use! You can save posts from different websites (twitter/tumblr/etc) and organize them into different categories. I have spaces for videos that make me laugh and others for art reference, that I can even split based on what part of art it’s reflecting.

One bug I’ve noticed is when I delete something from a collection, it remains there unless I closed and reopen the app. It’s not a big issue though.

Thank you for such a great app!

Great App! This is just a request

I love this app, it's so useful when it comes to organizing my reddit saves. Although, one request I have is to make it to where you could possibly change the email you account is linked to. I don't know how hard it could be to implement or how much time it would take, but that's just a idea I have.

a must have for every pagan/witch

I originally downloaded this so i could organize all my kpop stuff from twitter, however after toying around with it a bit more i realized how perfect this is for organizing things like tarot spreads and pdf links and just general information dumps. a lot of witchy and pagan resources are mostly online, and so having a place to store everything that isn’t my notes app is amazing tbh.

its about time 😭

I really think this app can be amazing, But there's a few issues that personally make it not unusable, but difficult to maintain. Before I get into the issues, I do feel like I should say some positive stuff about the app: The way of creating/decorating your Spaces is on par with Pinterest organization (I don't use Pinterest for what I'm using this app for, due to stolen artwork). The customization of colors, names, descriptions, and ability to choose whether it is private or not is amazing The simplicity; I have ADHD, and I really wanted Twitter Blue as I don't like using too many App—But I didn't wanna pay money, so I downloded another popular folder app. It was too bulky, confusing, and overwhelming the moment I downloaded it. I knew I wouldn't use it at all and had to delete it immediately. This app I can see myself using, even if Twitter developers had a soul and made Twitter Blue features free in the future. Being able to add friends/contributors to these folders, as well as sharing links People are allowed to see private Spaces when you give them a link Light & dark mode The issues I personally have with it are: You can Spaces private, but I don't see any way of making the links/photos/etc private. I don't want the content on my feed/collection. I want them private for a reason. Unless they actually are? I don't plan to follow people but it shows up with the ability to add reactions and on my general feed. When you're on a social media, say Twitter, and do a shortcut to send it to Odin immediately, you can't make any new Spaces for a new category; If you have already have a Space, you can make a Sub-Space (mini folder inside the main folder, like Pinterest) which I really love and appreciate though. Longer descriptions, sometimes I make notes to myself of what is contained in the Spaces I have, but the limit isn't enough of what I need to explain Ability to change order/"erase" certain categories on the App. I don't plan to search up other peoples' content, so it'd honestly be really cool if I can change the order to where I put my profile in the middle, put search content or feed last, or even delete it from the menu. Changing button color to personalize our account more Being able to write a description about your profile for others who might see your page, and possibly even the option to link your other social medias below it These aren't a requirement for me to use the app but it would honestly be really cool if these could be considered! Again, I wanted to purchase Twitter Blue but honestly… I would rather use Odin instead even if they did make Twitter Blue free. It's so much more useful and sleek for what I need.
