Odia Language Should Be Included
This app works very smoothly, and I really appreciate the overall experience. However, there’s one important feature that’s missing. The app offers multiple language options, but it doesn’t include Odia, the native language of Odisha.
While it’s great to have other language options for people who don’t know Odia, what about Odia-speaking users who aren’t comfortable with English? Including Odia would make the app much more accessible for many people across the state.
Even the Ama Bus app provides both Odia and English, so I hope you’ll consider adding Odia language support in a future update. It would be a valuable improvement and greatly benefit the people of Odisha.

Best app for mobility
I have been using this since last 9 months. One of the best priced app for cabs in Bhubaneswar. Great user experience and phenomenal features. Best drivers and top cabs. Lovely to see a state launch such a great app for mobility.

Today I was searching fare for Saradhapur. Found the trip is booked. Found no clue as how to cancel it. Talked to customer care and he told me to search for cancellation button. I canceled it but cancelled trip information didn’t reach driver. He kept on ringing me. So IT Department should look into it to make the Apps more user-friendly. Please:
1) There should be a final OK button while booking a ride. Now while searching for ride and fare etc the journey is getting booked.
2) There should be a dedicated button for cancellation of booked ride.

Good government initiative
This application is good as it provides the proper government policy based pricing model which does not hurt the driver and the rider.
I would encourage this application to be adopted by most people.
Even if the price may look little higher, consider that the price is proper as per government norms.

Drivers demanding double money and using abusive languages
The behaviour of the drivers are very rude and demanding double the charge of the fare which is showing on the app. For just 18kms of ride they are saying there will be more traffic while going and wont get any passengers while returning and abusing with the customer and also using slangs.
Thought this app is different from other apps but its the worst.
Worst experience. Deleted the app wont use it again.

Drivers unresponsive
The drivers accept the cab request but they don’t move even after 15 mins and don’t accept calls.

So far I am using since last 6 months. Good Pickup and Drop experience with Yatri app.

Always used to book cans with Namma Yatri in Bengaluru. Glad to find out Odisha Govt has partnered with Juspay to create Odisha Yatri.
Payment gateway unavailable
Payment gateway integration while booking a ride will be a great add on
Neat and clean car with a well behaved driver.
For the 1st time I booked a cab from Odisha Yatri. Although it took slightly longer for the vehicle to arrive but the cab was a nicely maintained one and moreover the driver was well behaved. Further the cost was ₹70 cheaper than Ola.
Location history doesn’t work
If I had been to a place before then I am unable to click on the same location from the history as there is no response. Makes the app completely unusable.

Love the App. But not able to book the cabs.
App Not working Properly
After booking the ride it is showing Black screen please fix these as soon as Possible
App Crashed after Booking
I booked a cab and it blacked out during confirmation . However the driver called and mentioned that he is waiting. I restarted the app and my phone but nothing happened . Reinstalling also did not do anything . I was not able to cancel the ride nor take it as the otp was missing . The driver and I both suffered because of a problem with the laptop. I urge the team to take quality as a top notch priority .

Mixed experience
It is working very good some times . I faced issue in weekends when I need a vehicle urgent the app stopped working & I am unable to see cab is booked or not.
Doesn’t even open
It takes me two bad experiences to switch back to Uber. Been trying all day long to open the app. Don’t know if it’s just an iOS issue. Figure it out asap.
Prices can be regulated
Though it is a good alternative of ola and uber but price range is quite high compared to ola and uber as a student paying higher isn’t possible so it is request to please regulate the prices
