Very poor experience
I am very disappointed with my experience using this app. I have been unable to send money properly for a long period due to ongoing technical issues, including repeated glitches when selecting the country. This issue took months to resolve, despite contacting customer support multiple times.
During this time, I made several attempts to get help, including phone calls to customer service, but the problem remained unresolved for a long time. When it was finally fixed, I was then charged fees for sending money, which were not applied before the issue started. This feels unfair, as the delay and inconvenience were caused by ongoing system problems rather than my actions.
When I raised a complaint, I was told that nothing could be done. I found the customer service experience unhelpful and unsatisfactory, with poor communication and lack of proper resolution.
Overall, this experience has wasted a significant amount of my time and caused frustration. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously, improves their technical stability, and handles complaints in a more supportive and fair manner. I would also expect consideration or compensation given the duration and imract of the issue.
