How to backup original text data? -Connect your iDevice to a Mac, click iDevice from the Finder, click this App, click the Files, copy the folder of Optometry Settings out -Full backup your iDevice with iCloud How to recover data with a backup? -Drag the Optometry Settings folder you backed up before on the App to replace the current folder with files.
