Ха, принято 😄 Эта бесконечная загрузка — баг, и он исправлен в ближайшем обновлении. Реклама в таком объёме тоже в прошлом. После обновления первая конвертация бесплатна, плюс 3 дня пробного периода с напоминанием об отмене — без риска.

You're right to expect faster — that hang was a bug, fixed in our upcoming update, so conversions should be quick again. The ad-heavy version is over. Your first conversion is free, plus a 3-day trial you can cancel anytime. If your file still stalls, send it to support@neurasync.ma and I'll make sure it converts.
