Customer experience

I feel like a transaction after being forced to pay for a subscription and then still being bombarded by ads while I try and look at local news. I will be cancelling my subscription after only one day. It’s a shame.

Text is suddenly blury

Can’t read the text at all now. It’s like it’s going at extreme low resolution, even pictures are difficult to make out.
The old version would do this for a moment when downloading, but then improve as the data arrives, but after waiting for 15 minutes it still is unreadable.
Refreshing does not help.
It worked well, until the update on the 6th of August 2022.

Significant improvement

Much easier to use than the previous app and access to my local community paper too. Fantastic.
