Amazing

The app I’ve always been looking for.
I tried dozens and none of them made what I wanted. But this one is unique. The only thing is that I find it a bit expensive. I would also like to ask to add a features such as editing blogs or videos without voice. As far à I can see this app only edits when there’s voice in it. Amazing

Incredible!

I’m a full-time con grader that is also a stay at home parent to two kids being able to talk out. My Edits has saved me at least five hours in the last week. This app is definitely pricey, but it’s worth every penny.

Response from developer

Hi Isabel, I’m sorry about this. Export should work reliably. We just sent you a message, please contact us through the app’s support option with your project details so we can investigate and help you export your video. Ody team

Horrible

Lagging, doesn’t let me export my video that was all done, when I tried to add a new video to the timeline it didn’t have any feedback if it was loading, which is one of the most basic design best practices there is, give the user feedback about what’s going on on the backend. And sometimes it didn’t even add the new video to the timeline, after I wanted for 1min or something. And I’m paying 35 dollars for that? Fix your app. If you need more in depth feedback or a ui ux designer send me a dm @cinthiapinkmango

Response from developer

We’re sorry, Cinthia. this isn’t the experience Ody should provide, especially after you’ve finished editing a video. We appreciate the detailed feedback and are investigating both issues. We sent you a message, please contact us through the app’s support option with your email and project details so we can help recover the export and diagnose what happened. Thanks for trusting us. Talking to the camera has never been easier

By far the best editing app for talking head videos. I film myself with comfort knowing I will just give it to Ody and it will cleanup silences, bad takes, and polish it with cool captions & titles. Saves so much time!

what…

this app really made me forget every single editor that I’ve ever used, but I also surprised this hasn’t been here all my life. The last new paradigm was Descript, the new new is here and it’s called Ody and "ODY S* THIS IS INSANE"

best editing app ever !!!!!

i am a content creator and i film and post content 5 times a week. my biggest time consuming task used to be cutting bad takes and doing rough cuts and make the video the smoothest possible. it would take me 1-2 hours to edit a 10min long video into 60 seconds instagram reel.
Now with Ody i just upload the video and it does all the rest. instead of wasting those 2 hours into mechanical repetitive work i just use it for the creative side of the video, which is amazing ngl. i love seeing good use of ai. this is the definition of using ai to save time and use that time into more creative tasks.
5 stars !!
