I hate the app
This bank is becoming a nightmare. Can’t always access your money when you’re out of town, customer service is hell to get to if it’s on the weekend, no loyalty for being a customer and I am tired of the app. So because I don’t have 18.4 I can’t update my app, really?!?!?! Trying to update is hell. Probably gone.

Bill pay
Even with a substantial checking and two savings accounts plus about twenty years of history with OECU when I try to enroll in bill pay I’m told I don’t qualify.
Worst App Ever
I have 8 accounts for my great-gran nieces and nephews and god-children. For no apparent reason, the app deleted 6 of them, and I can’t gain access to their balances. For allI know it deleted their accounts. It will not allow me to send a message of inquiry, except during regular business hours.
